You've probably seen the standard senior portrait, but why not breathe new life into your senior portrait session with these fun ideas...
Use Mylar Balloons Or A Banner
Using a banner or mylar balloons, display your class year proudly.
If you’re using mylar balloons, you can also be creative with their placement. Besides holding the balloons above your head, you can anchor them to the ground and take a picture beside them. Or anchor them to a bench and take a picture looking up at the balloons as they dangle above your head.
Photograph At A School Sporting Venue
If you’re an avid athlete, take your senior year picture on school sports grounds. This can’t be a spur of the moment idea, as your photographer will have to get permission from the school before capturing these pictures.
Recreate Your Parents Senior Year Pictures
Retro pictures are making a slow resurgence. You don’t only have to recreate your parents' pictures, you can also look through senior year portraits of other seniors to get an idea of the style or themes that were trendy.
But, recreating your parents' senior pictures can also be the start of a legacy or generational trend.
Use Confetti
Graduating is a celebration, and where there’s a celebration, there’s bound to be confetti. Bring some along and have your photographer take some closeup shots of you blowing it.
Display Progression
Think neanderthal man, except with a twist. Hang your pictures from earlier milestones in your life, hang them from left to right, with the youngest milestone being the furthest from you.
