Senior year in high school or college is full of new adventures. This particular year can be the most important in your childhood or as a young adult as you are gearing up for adulthood with its responsibilities and independence. Sitting poses can help you feel more relaxed during a photoshoot. Sitting is a great way to have a little fun and even use your hands to frame your face. If you are feeling a little nervous, start with a few sitting poses to get into the swing of playing up to the camera.
